Terms of Use

Agam supports festival registration and administration, including participant records, accommodation and rooming, schedules, transport, payments, tickets, operational communications, and spreadsheet exports. Features may vary by user role and festival stage.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of information and files you submit. You must have the necessary notices, permissions, and consents to provide personal information to Agam and to permit its operational use. Do not upload unnecessary bank, health, identity, or other sensitive information.

Hotel room types, capacities, prices, cancellation terms, and availability are based on festival arrangements and may be limited. A selection or spreadsheet entry does not guarantee a room until it is accepted and confirmed through the system. Totals may be recalculated from the authoritative participant, occupancy, and pricing records; users may not override protected occupancy or pricing calculations.

A bank-transfer report or uploaded proof is not payment approval. Payment is confirmed only after verification by authorized festival staff. Any applicable cancellation and refund conditions shown during registration or supplied by the festival form part of the relevant booking terms. Receipts or accounting documents may be supplied through a third-party provider when enabled.

Authorized users may connect Google and create or synchronize room-list spreadsheets. Access to a Google Sheet is also governed by Google’s terms and by the sharing settings selected for that file. Keep links private and grant access only to intended recipients. Where Google synchronization is unavailable, Agam may provide a downloadable spreadsheet instead. The records held in Agam remain authoritative if an external file is edited inconsistently or synchronization fails.

Agam relies on third-party hosting, authentication, email, storage, Google, and other operational services. We work to keep Agam available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, provider outages, or festival changes may interrupt or alter features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should promptly report important discrepancies and retain critical confirmations.

Agam’s software, design, branding, and supplied content are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized festival purposes. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and share it solely to operate the service and festival.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, the festival, or the service; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or address a breach of these Terms. Access may also end when a role or festival engagement ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agam is provided on an “as available” basis. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service failures, or loss caused by inaccurate information, unauthorized sharing, or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable Israeli law. We may update them to reflect service, festival, or legal changes; continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to singalilee2018@gmail.com.
