This Privacy Policy explains how Sing Galilee Association (עמותת שרים בגליל), the operator of the Agam festival management system ("Agam", "we", "us"), handles personal information in connection with festival registration, accommodation, payments, schedules, transport, tickets, and related administration.
It applies to festival participants, choir managers, producers, staff, ticket holders, and other people whose information is entered into or processed by Agam.
1. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, country, city, choir, and role.
- Festival and participation details, including rooming, hotel, dietary and accessibility requirements, transport, schedules, attendance, ticket use, and choir assignments.
- Billing and payment information, including amounts, payment status, payer details, bank-transfer references, limited bank details, and payment proof files. Please redact information that is not required for verification.
- Account, security, and technical information, such as sign-in records, permissions, audit events, IP address, browser/device data, and operational logs.
- Google account and Google Drive/Sheets information described in the dedicated Google section below, if an authorized producer chooses to connect Google.
2. How we use information
- To register choirs and participants and operate festival services.
- To allocate hotels and rooms, coordinate transport and schedules, issue and validate tickets, and provide participant information.
- To calculate charges, verify payments, issue confirmations, and support accounting and reconciliation.
- To communicate operational updates, provide support, prevent misuse, secure the service, and maintain reliable records.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. Grounds for processing
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process information to provide requested festival services, take steps connected with participation, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate festival-administration and security interests, and act on consent where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing, but this does not affect processing already performed or processing based on another lawful ground.
4. Who receives information
We disclose only the information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Recipients may include:
- Authorized festival personnel, producers, and the relevant choir manager.
- Hotels, transport providers, venues, and other operational partners that need information to deliver the requested service.
- Technology providers that host, store, authenticate, email, or support the service, including Supabase, Vercel, Google, and an email-delivery provider.
- Accounting or document-issuing providers when those integrations are enabled.
- Authorities, advisers, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Google user data
An authorized producer may connect a Google account so Agam can create, update, organize, and share festival room-list spreadsheets in Google Drive and Google Sheets. Agam requests only the permissions presented on Google’s consent screen and uses Google data only for this visible spreadsheet-management feature.
When connected, we may receive the Google account email address, authorization tokens, and identifiers or metadata for files and folders created or selected for the feature. Authorization tokens are stored securely and are used to keep the requested synchronization working. Agam does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Agam’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be disconnected in Agam where that control is available or revoked from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete festival records already lawfully exported or retained.
6. Storage, security, and international processing
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, private file storage, encryption in transit, and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process information in Israel or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border processing.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the festival, support participants, maintain accounting and operational records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable, subject to required retention periods and routine backup cycles.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Some requests may be limited by legal, accounting, security, or operational obligations. Contact us using the address below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Information about minors
Choirs may include participants under 18. Choir managers and other adults submitting a minor’s information must be authorized to do so and must obtain any parental or guardian permissions required by law. Please provide only information needed for festival participation and safety.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Agam uses essential browser storage and cookies needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and core service operation. The current service does not use advertising cookies. Third-party services may process technical data under their own policies when their features are used.
11. Changes and contact
